====== CRM — Leads & Contracts ====== **Section:** CRM\\ **Updated:** 2026-05-05 ---- ===== 1) Overview ===== The **CRM module** manages the pipeline from first contact (Lead) through to a signed agreement (Contract). A **Lead** is a prospective contact that has not yet converted into a formal partner or contract.
