The Missed Calls list shows every call that was handled by the AI receptionist (Lea / Suisse Voice). When a caller reaches the AI phone system and the conversation ends, a record is created automatically in Cockpit with the caller's name, phone number, and which NVG team member they wanted to reach.
Navigate to Communications → Missed Calls in the sidebar.
The list loads the most recent calls in reverse chronological order.
