Dashboard
Section: Home
Updated: 2026-05-05
1) Overview
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It shows a personal selection of up to four widgets that summarise key information across your modules — open invoices, recent leads, upcoming tasks, and similar at-a-glance data.
Each user can configure which widgets appear on their Dashboard. The widgets load automatically and refresh when you navigate back to the home screen.
2) Navigation
The sidebar on the left-hand side contains all module links, grouped by area:
Communications — Missed calls and AI receptionist messages
Master Data — Partners and tenants
CRM — Leads and contracts
Financial Instruments — Securities and subscriptions
Document Management — Document search, upload queue, and DMS
Finance — Invoices, payments, vouchers, reports, and banking
Admin — User management, permissions, and system settings
Click any section header to expand it, then click a menu item to navigate.
Top Navigation Bar
The top bar contains:
Hamburger icon (left) — collapse or expand the sidebar
Module title (centre) — name of the current page
Notifications bell (right) — opens the notification panel; red badge shows unread count
User avatar / initials (right) — opens the user menu (profile, logout)
Widgets are small panels that show a live summary of one module. Up to four widgets can be displayed at the same time.
Click your user avatar in the top-right corner.
Select “Dashboard Settings” (or equivalent menu item).
Choose up to four widgets from the available list.
Save — the dashboard reloads with the new selection.
If no widgets are configured the system falls back to the first four widgets your account has permission to see.
4) Notifications
Push notifications appear in the bell panel in the top navigation bar. New notifications are delivered without a page reload (the counter refreshes every 60 seconds).
5) Logging Out
Click your user avatar in the top-right corner.
Select “Logout”.
You are returned to the login screen. Your session token is invalidated immediately.
