Financial Instruments — Securities & Subscriptions

Section: Financial Instruments
Updated: 2026-05-05

1) Overview

The Financial Instruments module manages the securities (bonds, notes, structured products) issued or administered by NVG, and the corresponding investor subscriptions.

  • Securities — the financial instruments themselves (e.g. a bond with ISIN, interest rate, term)
  • Subscriptions — individual investor commitments to a specific security (who bought how many units)

2) Securities

Navigate to Financial Instruments → Securities.

A Security represents one financial product — typically a bond or note with a defined set of terms: ISIN, currency, denomination, interest rate, term, and volume.

Securities List

The list shows all securities in the system. You can:

  • Search by name, ISIN, or Swiss Security Number using the search box
  • Filter by status (Active, Closed, Cancelled, etc.)
  • Sort by clicking any column header (Name, Type, ISIN, Interest, Denomination, Term, Status)
  • Open a security by clicking its row, or click the detail icon on the right

Security Detail Page

The security detail page is organised in three tabs:
